Lowport!

Good morning from Lowport!

Everyone’s had a great nights sleep and ready for our next day of adventure. We had a brilliant day swimming yesterday and loved the walk back along the canal – we walked nearly 20,000 steps!

We can’t wait for another fun day! See you all tomorrow!

Lowport 2018

We are pleased to let you know that all children will be able to attend our Lowport residential this week from Wednesday to Friday. We are able to join both groups together due to a drop in numbers. There has been a group call sent today with an attachment on your e-mail, detailing some important information. The children have also got a paper copy to take home with them today. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Snow day!!

Hope you’re all having fun enjoying the snow! Here’s a few things you can do to keep busy on this Wintry Wednesday…

1. What can you see outside? Write a few sentences using your boost words.

2. Use items around the house to create a snowy collage or painting. Bring it in for us to see.

3. Help around the house – help to prepare lunch, mop the floors, tidy your room – let us know what you did by keeping a diary of your day.

4. Use your devices to play online games you know and love or try a new one! Education city is available using the log ins in your diaries.

5. Build a snowman!! Complete with hat, scarf and stones for buttons. Give it a name and make up a magical story involving you and your new friend!

Keep safe and have fun!

OPEN AFTERNOON 15/2/18

We are holding an Open Afternoon on Thursday 15th February from 1.45pm-3pm.

Come along for an opportunity to visit your child in their classroom and find out more about what they are learning. You are also more than welcome to visit other classrooms around the school.

We hope to see you here.

Lunch with the Nursery

We were very excited today to have the boys and girls from the Nursery join us in the Dining Hall for lunch. For the past few weeks, the Nursery pupils have eased themselves in by enjoying their lunch near us from the stage. It was so nice today to have them sit with us in the big hall and we are looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow.
