We have been learning the French names for parts of our bodies. We had to work in pairs or groups and match the picture to the word. See our photos.

Primary 2/3 had a super trip to Scholland Farm and learned lots about farming and where our food comes from. Thank you very much to Jamie, Mrs Leslie and Mrs Casey for having us!
P 2/3 had a busy and enjoyable afternoon outdoors on Wed 26th April doing their bit for Da Voar Redd Up. Thank you very much to our helpers who gave up their time to join us at short notice!
P2/3 had a fantastic experience with the Body works workshop!
At last!!!! Primary 2/3’s assembly. Didn’t they do well!
We used catapults to test the effect of different forces on a cardboard missile.

We tested the effect of different forces on the speed and distance travelled by toy cars.

We experimented with magnets to see what they can do. Then we tested objects made from different materials to see which ones were attracted to magnets.

We have been learning all about energy and forces.

PC Hardwick visited our class on 16th January to teach us about stranger danger, staying safe on the internet and cyber bullying.
