We were lucky enough to have a visit from Dynamic Earth on Monday. We were learning about how to look after our planet. You can look after it by caring for the air, the land and the sea. ‘Earthy’ needs us to look after him. He told us how to look after these and we are going to try our best to do that. REMEMBER WELLIES ON THURSDAY 22nd MAY FOR OUR BEACH TRIP WITH MR ROSE
Primary 2/3 have been learning about the Vikings. They have researched lots of different things and decided what they would like to put into their assembly. They had great time doing this, writing and practising for it. The icing on the cake was our performance today and they loved it. They even got the audience involved They were all stars!

We had a visit from Mr Rodney Smith yesterday. He came to tell us about the Mousa Broch. We heard lots about it, found out lots of pretty interesting facts and even asked lots of great questions.
Primaries 1-4 had their Christmas party yesterday. As you can see, a great time was had by all!
We have been learning the French names for parts of our bodies. We had to work in pairs or groups and match the picture to the word. See our photos.
Primary 2/3 had a super trip to Scholland Farm and learned lots about farming and where our food comes from. Thank you very much to Jamie, Mrs Leslie and Mrs Casey for having us!
