Student Teacher Regent/Mentor PL event invite
We are sharing an online PL session aimed at Student Teacher regents/mentors on the 24th of January 13:30-15:00 with our partner LA’s. The aim of the session is to share strategies and good practice on mentoring and will explore 3 key themes:
- Target-setting with students and creating an action plan
- How to have conversations which draw out understanding
- Reflecting on your identity as a mentor and building the identity of the student teacher
