Early Phase
At Scottish Borders Council we are committed to supporting our staff in the early phase of their career in both teaching and early learning and childcare roles.
The Scottish Borders Early Phase Education Framework is designed to support staff working in education in the early phase of their career with their professional learning. This document is part of a suite of three; Early Phase, Career Long and Aspiring Leaders. Along with the Coaching Framework, the documents should support staff in planning professional learning as part of the Professional Review and Development Process. In addition, the Scottish Borders Council Professional Learning and Professional Review and Development policy should be referred to for guidance and support.
