Senior Leadership Pathway – Cohort 2
We are now recruiting to the second cohort of the Senior Leadership Pathway. The pathway will start in January and run until December 2027.
The programme consists of 4 phases:

Values Based Leadership with Columba 1400

Leading an Inclusive School with Emma Auty (HT Targeted Pupil Support) & Kathy Davidson (Principal Educational Psychologist)

Evidence Informed Strategic Leadership with Scott Watson (Quality Improvement Manager) & Paul Graham (Inspire Development Officer)

Project BasedCandidates will be allocated a coach to support them through the programme. There will be an expectation that candidates attend each part of the programme (2 in person (Fri) and 2 twilight Sessions 4.00-5.30pm per phase). On completion of the programme we would expect you to be aiming to move into a senior leadership role in SBC within three years.
