After recently completing Aspiring to Middle Leadership and undertaking a temporary DHT role in school, I would like to further enhance my professional development. This term I will be leading whole school developments and I feel this learning opportunity would be of great benefit. If possible, I’d like to undertake the self directed option.
Using data to lead change, engaging stakeholders in change and value based leadership are all areas I feel I would benefit from and support me in my current role and enhance my continued development.
