The P5-7’s thoroughly enjoyed their first experience of a triathlon and it was all about ‘giving it a go’.
Great effort by the Active School team. We’d love to do this again.
We had a visit from Mr Holland on Friday who told us all about Ice Hockey. We got to try on his kit and look at his trophies. We had lots of questions for him!

Day 1
This afternoon we took part in some martial arts with TKS. We learned some self defence moves. We also learned about the importance of focus and listening.
This morning we got active with a coach from NHS Jumpstart
P.5 – 7 Multi-sports After School Club is running from 3.00pm – 4.00pm every Wednesday from 6th September until 11th October.
What a fantastic day we had for sports day. The sun shone brightly and we all had a brilliant afternoon. What a view!!!

Fun first day….. Park walk, beach talk, cycling, marshmallow toasting, hot chocolate drinking movie night awesomeness.
Day 2….
Beach yoga, perfect porridge, teepee playing, coasteering and rock pooling……all before midday!!
And the activities continued all day in the gorgeous sunshine!
Day 3 activities included more abseiling, caving and archery. Nearly time for D.I.S.C.O night!
Famous DH final night disco has definitely not dissapointed! Some awesome moves AND live acts.
