Primary 1 November Home Shared Learning
Here is a link for Primary 1’s Home Shared Learning this month. We are looking forward to sharing our learning with the rest of the class throughout the month and displaying our work. A paper copy has been sent home today (1st November) in your child’s green homework folder.

Yesterday we held our annual Hallowe’ en Parade, alongside our friends from Cochrane Castle. We saw everything from witches and skeletons, to dinosaurs and robots! 🧙🏻♀️💀🦖🤖
We then had lots of fun and games at our party, and there were some very impressive dance moves on show! 💃🏼🕺🏻

Dream Island Family Learning Sessions
Just a reminder of last week’s invite to all our families, parents and carers to join one of our Family Learning Sessions happening in Dream Island.
The sessions will be lead by Emma and are a great opportunity to join your child in the library setting. No need to sign up to the full block, just attend when you can. See the timetable below:

Just a reminder to return your October Home Shared Learning Grid to school tomorrow and also take a few minutes to complete the back page as well.
We have loved seeing some of your creations on our Facebook page – well done to everyone who has joined in! Please keep sharing.
November Grids will be distributed on Thursday to all classes.
Halloween Lunch Menu
Next Monday 29th October will be our special, spooky Halloween lunch menu!
The children will be asked to make their choice tomorrow (Wednesday 24th) to allow Karen to place her orders in time for next week, so please go over the menu with your children in preparation for tomorrow!
