Advent
As we enter the special season of advent, our school chaplain, Fr Paul Brady, is helping us to celebrate our school value of Faith by guiding us through the blessing of the Advent Wreath and lighting the first candle.
This will be a big focus of our learning in R.E this week and we will use Fr Paul’s video to support us but we also wanted to share it with our wider school community as we can’t celebrate in the usual way.

Catholic Education Week
At St David’s, Jesus Christ is at the centre of all that we do and is represented in our value of Faith.
In our school learning is shaped using Gospel values. Prayer, worship and religious celebrations are integral to the life of the school. As a Catholic school, we promote social justice and serve our community.
OurĀ vision, values and aims are to educate the whole person- body, mind and soul. These were developed in partnership with parents and parishes, and designed to nurture our whole community.
Primary 3/4 have been sharing what Catholic Education Week has meant to them and how they will put their faith into action in their own lives
