Christmas Spirit

Just a few things to share before we close for the Christmas break.

We received some wonderful news this week that Gemma has been selected by Provost Lorraine Cameron to have her artwork featured in Renfrewshire’s calendar 2021. We are so proud of Gemma and look forward to celebrating this with her at assembly in January.

P1 showed great team work skills today in the construction area of their class and worked together to create Santa’s sleigh and reindeer. They had such fun and are clearly ready for the arrival of Santa himself next week

We are delighted to announce that this term, the house who have collected the most house points for putting our school values in to practice is the House of Arran! Well done to everyone for their excellent efforts.

Finally, we emptied the school post-box today after the quarantine period and organised all of the lovely Christmas Cards that our school community have created as part of this month’s Home Shared Learning. Thank you to everyone for your support. We called ahead to Cochrane and Ranfurly Care Home and arranged to do a non-contact delivery today – they were very grateful and we are delighted to share our value of Community.

We look forward to sharing more good news with you next term and look forward to seeing you all again on Wednesday 6th January.
