Our teddy bear picnic will be on Friday 15th September. Your child should come to nursery with their favourite teddy and £1 we will have a lovely picnic and some games outside. This of course as always is optional. We thank you for your continued support.

Bookbug
Bookbug sessions will continue every Tuesday morning/Thursday afternoon 9am/1pm. Please try to come along!
On Thursday 12 October at 9.30am – 10.30am and 1.30pm – 2.30pm we will be having a Bookbug explorer gifting session for our three year olds. We would like as many of our parents as possible to come along so please save the date! More information to follow in the coming weeks.
Skoobmobile
Please remember that the Skoobmobile is available for book borrowing every Wednesday from 3pm.
It is located in our school car park.
Our children love being on board the bus, it is a convenient and fun way to borrow library books!

Please ensure your child wears a school polo-shirt on PE days and wears no jewellery.
All items of clothing should have your child’s name on them please.

Return to school 2017
We look forward to seeing all of our children on Tuesday 15th August, doors open at 8.55am.
We look forward to welcoming our new P1 children on this day at 9.15am. We ask that you bring your child to the back door to line up and you are then welcome in to the classroom for a quick photograph opportunity and a chance to see where your child will be sitting. We look forward to seeing you then!
Childcare evaluation
To ascertain likely demand and preferences of Parents/Carers taking up the increased early learning and childcare entitlement from 2020, the Council is undertaking a survey which will run from 12th June to 26th June. The survey will be available on line at the following link

Your support in completing this survey is greatly appreciated. Early learning and childcare may not apply to you now, but it may in the future and this will help us to shape services for our families in Renfrewshire.
Primary 1 School Registration
Registration for children due to begin school in August 2017 will take place on Wednesday 11th January 2017 (A-L) and Thursday 12 January 2017 (M-Z) from 1.00pm – 3.00pm. Children must be enrolled for school using the name which appears on the birth certificate, which must be produced at the time of registration. The school handbook will be available at this time for anyone who wishes a copy. Please see information on nursery door.
