Tricky word Practice: Watch and sing along
Challenge: Choose a book and be a book detective! See if you can find any of these tricky words in your book.
AMAZING ADJECTIVES
In class we had been learning about adjectives. We know that adjectives are words that are used to describe a noun (a person, a place or an object). For example, here is the word big. There are many interesting adjectives that can be used instead of big, such as:

gigantic

great

humongous

enormous
Challenge: Pick a character from a book or from a film. Draw and colour in this character, remember try to add detail into your drawing. Next, add some adjectives around your picture to describe this character. Remember what do they look like on the outside (tall, small, brown eye, shiny hair etc.) and what are they like on the inside (evil, smart, kind, funny etc.)
Challenge 2: Can you now write a character description (a couple of sentences about your chosen character). Remember to use the adjectives you wrote down earlier.
