P2 have been learning some Scottish country dancing this term however, some of the children were asking about dances from other countries. After a class discussion, the children wanted to learn a dance from China and Mexico.  The class have enjoyed leading their own learning!

The children in our digital committee have been teaching the rest of the class how to make a Chatterkidspix on the iPads! The children are enjoying taking pictures of their learning and giving them a voice!

P2 made a cup and ball toy! We have enjoyed learning about Victorian toys.

 

We have been learning all about conjunctions and how they can improve our sentences.

Primary 2 have been learning what clothes people wore in Victorian times. Men usually wore shirt, tie, jacket and trousers. Women wore blouses and skirts or long dresses. Girls wore dresses and boys wore shorts and trousers. We designed our own Victorian outfits  using different fabrics!
