As it is the last week of term, we won’t be issuing reading books or spelling homework. Instead, your child can do play and do the following games and activities below as revision:

P2/1  have been very busy learning new sounds, tricky words and much more in class!

Odd and Even Numbers

The children in P2a have been learning about what makes a number odd or even and have been spotting whether larger numbers are odd or even. Here is a fun ninja game to practise at home:

P.E. Coaching

P2 have really enjoyed having a professional football coach during their P.E. lessons. We have been learning about how exercise affects our bodies and playing different ball games. Last week we learned about relay races and hurdles. Here are some photos of our races:

Our Hero’s

Primary 2b enjoyed creating their own hero’s on Wednesday. We will be using these for our character description in literacy.
