Homework 25.09.18

This week we will be assessing your child’s words and sounds in class. Please make sure you go over these at home every night. 🙂

  • Write your name 3 times at the top of the page
  • Make sure to use a pencil to make it easy to rub out mistakes
  • Please help your child by making sure they hold their pencil properly

Literacy

In the morning we use our pocket pals to help us write our names and our sounds.

Some of us got to practise our sounds using shaving foam which was lots of fun.

We are getting really good at our rainbow writing.

We played games sorting pictures into the correct sounds.

Save the date to meet the teacher. There will be two drop in sessions at:

 3.00pm-3.45pm

 5.30pm-6.15pm

 

Each session will begin in the school gym hall followed by an opportunity to visit your child’s class and meet their teacher to view some of the resources that your child will be using over the coming year.
