We have been learning to add on. Can you challenge the children to these sums? Using objects to count at home will really help them.

After rehearsing this morning for our Christmas Concert, Primary One had fun making Christmas Cards, creating sentences and building with bricks using our initial sounds.

School Nativity Costume

Primary 1’s will be given a headband and a t-shirt to wear for their costume in the Nativity this Friday.

Please can children wear black trousers or leggings to school on Friday to complete their costume.  School trousers will be absolutely fine.

Christmas Lunch and Christmas Jumper Day

On Wednesday it is the school Christmas Lunch and Christmas Jumper Day.

As a donation for wearing something Christmassy we ask, that if possible, children could donate a tin of food/non-perishable food for the food bank.

The jumpers that have been coming in are very colourful and Christmassy so far.

We wanted to show you how much fun the Christmas Learning Zone is! We had a great time this morning on Free Play Friday – we explored lots of areas and played with some new toys 🙂

What a busy day!

We created snowy pictures this morning for our writing programme and then we went to explore the Christmas Learning Zone.

This afternoon we worked on The Story of 3 and then we played some of our new maths games.
