On Friday, our Primary 6 children began preparing for our new Primary 1 intake visiting the school this week as part of their Transition to St Michael’s School.

They are really excited about being Buddies next year and can’t wait to meet their Buddy at the second Transition Day in June.

Health Week

Last week, everyone took part in a variety of different activities as part of Health Week.

Here are Primary 6 and 7/6 learning about safety around trucks and lorries.  They were also very to participate in a dance workshop from Miss Hillan.

We have been investigating the properties of water.  We carried out an experiment to find out how long it took hot and cold water to freeze.

We have also been learning about the parts of a flower and today we dissected a flower to look more closely at the male and female parts of the flower to understand the flower’s life cycle.
