This afternoon Primary 4 worked fantastically completing a STEM Challenge from our rainforest topic!

Living Things
Today as part of our living things science topic, Primary 4 sorted animals into different groups! We had loads of great ideas.
“We sorted our animals in predators and non predators!”
“We sorted our animals into water, land and sky!”
We then went on to learn how we can classify animals into birds, fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals and insects.
Tessellation
Another great week of exploring tessellation.
The Rainforest
This week we began our topic on the rainforest.
The children shared what they already knew about the rainforest, what they would like to find out about the rainforest and any questions they had.
Number Lines
Primary 4/3 were given the task to write a number on their board and get into the correct order from smallest to largest without speaking to each other.
Phonics
Primary 4 have been consolidating our new sounds!
Maths Burst
Primary 4 have been learning about tessellation!
Summer Uniform
Look at how smart our girls look in their summer dresses!
Zoom In
Primary 4 used the Zoom IN strategy to explore the Easter Story. They then used a selection of painting to paint the story.
Fractions
Primary 4 are working hard on learning all about Fractions.
Then they silenced their busy minds and relaxed.
