How to Steal Christmas
Today Primary 5 were inspired by the Dr Seuss story, ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’ and we used this as a stimulus for our writing. We wrote instructions of ‘How to Steal Christmas’ and focused on using bossy verbs in our writing. At the end of our writing, we proof read our work to check for punctuation and highlighted our conjunctions.

Confident individuals – these wonderful boys and girls have worked hard on putting together a Solo Talk. Some chose a place, some a person and some a topic they find interesting. They are extremely proud of themselves for speaking in front of others and they have done an excellent job.
