St Maurice’s Health and Wellbeing Information

As a staff, we are working hard to provide our young people with materials to support their learning at home.  We recognise that we also need to focus on providing resources to support our pupil wellbeing.  We aim to provide a selection of resources to support our young peoples’ physical and mental health & wellbeing while they are not at school. We also intend to provide information and helpful supports for our parents/carers to utilise too.

Pupil Support and Home School Partnership

Supporting you at home

The aim of St Maurice’s Pupil Support Team and our Home School Partnership Officer, Julie Parker, during this period of school closure, is to continue to support pupil well-being.  We understand that this is a difficult and confusing time for our young people and parents/carers, so we intend to offer online resources, support or sign posting towards support, that meets the wellbeing needs of our school community.

As well as maintaining a sense of general well-being, we understand that within our school community we have pupils or parents/carers who are struggling to cope with various difficulties in their lives.  We also understand that Covid-19 will also add additional strain to daily and family life.

This is information we are working on and will add to this site so keep your eyes peeled.
