Week one menu for lunches this week!

The first meeting of the Parent Council is planned for Tuesday 6th September at 6pm.  ALL Parents/Carers are very welcome to attend.

For now – we have not cancelled the meeting but this is dependent on what happens with the planned industrial action on 6th/7th/8th September.

If the meeting goes ahead, it will be in person, in the school Dining Hall.

Please come along to support the work of our school and the work of our Parent Council.

We have a selection of garments and accessories which have been donated with our P4 girls in mind.  If your child will be making their First Holy Communion this year, why not pop into the school and take a look at what we have available?

We have a selections of dresses (which come with some accessories) and also some shoes.

The shoes are brand new and the dresses are a mix of pre-owned and brand new.

In the current climate and with pressures on families set to get worse, why not make use of this offer.  It will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

This initiative is running until 16th September in Bellshill.  All welcome to go along.

Please take some time to read the urgent appeal from Mr Thomas about safety on the roads in and around our school grounds.  We must act before someone is seriously injured or worse.  This is everyone’s responsibility.  Please share with others who may drop off and collect your child!

Car Park&Surrounding Street – Safety Appeal August 2022

Calling all P1 parents and carers.  We have been offered a Sleep Workshop for Parents/Carers of children in Primary 1.  Perhaps your child struggles to settle or finds it difficult with a routine.  It could be that you have some other issue with your child’s sleep.

Why not come along on Wednesday 24th August from 1:30pm – 2:30pm to a P1 Sleep Workshop which is being run by Carolanne Waddle (Community Learning & Development Worker) and Consuella Gallacher (Cluster Support Teacher).  The event takes place in our Wellbeing Hub (next to St. JPII Nursery Class).
