Please see the attached letter from North Lanarkshire Council Education and Families Chief Officer, Barry Smedley.
This is in relation to the use of e-scooters on school grounds. Basically, they are informing all parents/carers that:
- It is against the law to use a privately owned e-scooter in public places.
- E-scooters are not permitted on school grounds. They should not be used by children to travel to/from school.
