I hope that everyone has enjoyed a restful couple of day! Our teaching staff will be very busy on Tuesday, contributing to our School Improvement Plan and Strategic Curriculum Plan. There are also a variety of continuous personal development opportunities in the afternoon that our staff will be engaging in. What a busy and worthwhile day…

On Wednesday, we welcome back our Primary school pupils and children from the nursery. We are all happy to see you! Our Primary 5 pupils will be visiting The Time Capsule to further develop skills in swimming and general fitness activities. After school, our staff will engage with training from our Education Psychologist on nurture principles and additional support needs. We look forward to this development opportunity.

On Thursday, staff from  Townhead Primary School will be visiting our nursery in order to meet prospective pupils. You are most welcome! Vicky from Community Learning and Development will be working with some of our parents in order to improve outcomes for pupils. Thank you Vicky.

On Friday, our  P6 pupils are very fortunate to be in the enviable position of visiting the Science centre. This is a fabulous trip and children and adults alike thoroughly enjoy the fantastic activities that are available. We all look forward to hearing about the fun that you’ve all had!
