I will be spending some time in P2/3 this morning, and look forward to sharing in the wonderful gifts and talents of our pupils. Every time that I visit this particular class, I am greeted with big smiles and enthusiasm. I can’t wait!

Talking of gifts and talents… Sunday’s gospel was about the importance of using our gifts and talents in order to help others.Everything we have, our intelligence,our health, our children, are given to us by God  so that we may serve him and love him and serve our fellow humans. If we listen carefully to what Jesus tells us, the only ‘right’ we have is to love. In using this love, we will help build the Kingdom of God and use our talents and gifts to serve others. We will not only fulfill ourselves, but we will also contribute towards creating God’s Kingdom on earth.
