I hope that our boys and girls had a very well deserved day off from school yesterday. The staff from St Bartholomew’s were all working hard, ensuring that the learning experiences that the children receive, are off the highest quality. Teachers, Early Years Practitioners and support staff were all working collaboratively with relationships specialists. We were all inspired with high quality, interactive presentations and practical activities that contributed towards important reflection and discussions. What a great experience!
Mrs McGuiness will be teaching a number of cookery skills to a selection of our pupils today. The boys and girls are always extremely excited to join Mrs McGuiness in the kitchen and look forward to producing some wonderful creations. This is such a great experience for our pupils and we all look forward to sharing in the fabulous aromas coming from the kitchen on Tuesday’s. Could I please respectfully ask that boys and girls refrain from wearing earrings or nail polish during cookery lessons. As you can imagine, this is part of healthy, safety and hygiene regulations. Thank you in advance for your support with this important matter.
