On Thursday 30th January, Primary 1 and 1/2 were treated to a visit from story teller, Allison Galbraith. The children listened attentively and participated in telling a range of stories about animals and a traditional Scottish folk tale about fairies. The children were hooked on every word and throughly enjoyed the visit. The visit signalled the launch of the Infant Story Bag Library and this has helped to promote reading in school and at home.
