During this time of renewal, Lord, we know that you do not ask anything of us that you have not first given us. Each one of us have a place in your heart. You know us by name and seek us when we cannot see you. Sometimes we get caught up in this world on technology and materialism. Help us to be more focussed on helping one another. How beautiful this world would be if we put others’ needs before our own.
