Investing in the future of our young people.
This autumn the Daily Record are bringing the nation’s top employers under one roof at the Scottish Apprenticeship Show. This is the chance for our young people to get questions answered and to get tips on how to get ahead in their career.
North Lanarkshire Council’s Foundation & Modern Apprenticeship Teams will be present to discuss the opportunities which we have for young people across our authority.
This event is aimed at pupils in S4 and above, it is a free non-ticketed event.

Pupils can attend this event on the Sunday with their parents if they wish.

Non-Uniform Day

Tomorrow – Friday June 21 is a non-uniform day.

Children should come appropriately dressed with no football colours or inappropriate slogans.  This venture will help boost our School Fund which is used to ensure that all our clubs and activities are free or subsidised as much as possible.

Social Subjects Trip

Yesterday the Social Subjects Department took a group of students on a trip on an open bus tour of Glasgow.  Geography, History, the changing face of Glasgow and many more topics were discussed.  The pupils had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the new experiences.

Charity & Faith

Thank you to everyone who supported Red Wednesday last week. A terrific £319.16 was raised through the coffee morning, red raffle and sales of wristbands and badges.

Just as importantly, the awareness of ongoing religious persecution was raised among our school community.
Thanks again
