Yorkhill Hospital
S6 Hannah McCulloch, House Captain for Kentigern, has raised nearly £1000 for Yorkhill Hopsital by completing the Killiecrankie bunjee jump from a bridge in Perth. A very brave and kind act – well done.

Lanarkshire Baby Bank
Mrs Callaghan and some very kind S2 girls are collecting money and baby goods to donate to this very important cause. This charity is run by volunteers and provides a vital service to families struggling to make ends meet. As you do your weekly shop this weekend perhaps you could buy and donate just one item to help ensure our North Lanarkshire babies get a good start in life.

Help me to observe Lent in a way that allows me to celebrate that love. Prepare me for these weeks of Lent, help me do my best to fast every Friday. Help me during Lent as I feel both deep sorrow for my sins and your undying love for me.

You know us by name and seek us when we cannot see you. Sometimes we get caught up in this world on technology and materialism. Help us to be more focussed on helping one another. This week at Science Club – S1 pupils were making (and eating) homemade ice cream. The Senior Science Ambassadors are doing a great job promoting the Sciences to junior pupils, keep up the good work.
