School Uniforms

Th Scottish government recognise that school uniforms come at a financial cost – and sometimes act as a barrier to learning. The government is, therefore, conducting a consultation aiming to gather views from pupils, parents/carers, and education staff, pertaining to matters around school uniforms. Such matters include the role that a school uniform plays in daily school life, and looking into reducing their cost!

There are a total of 7 questions which the government is aiming to get your views on. If you would like to find out more about the consultation, please click here. If you would like to take part in the consultation and have your views heard, please click here! The survey will be open for submissions until October 14th 2022.
