As part of the review of the School Values, Vision and Aims there was also a review of how we celebrated success. We wanted to encourage all children to be able to recognise their achievements and be able to articulate these, whether they were in school or out of school achievements.
Following consultation we decided to have a weekly brunch with the Leadership Team. This allows pupils chosen from each class to enjoy a breakfast roll and to chat about their achievements with the staff and their peers from the other classes.
The feedback from pupils and staff have been very positive. The pupils are proud of their photographs which are on display in the school.
