The BGE Course consists of a series of Units/Activities including a consistent combination of both practical and written work (literacy) that incorporate all of the specific Art & Design Curriculum for Excellence (CfE) Experiences & Outcomes.
Pupil achievement/progress is monitored and assessed on a ‘unit by unit’ basis and recorded in a Pupil Learning Profile.
Achievement is measured in accordance with the performance and progress each pupil has made in relation to the CfE E’s & O’s, the subject ‘Benchmarks’ & SAL’s (Significant Aspects of Learning).
