Senior Phase Assessments
For French and Spanish at National 3/4/5 and Higher Level there are two units.
- Understanding Language
This unit assesses a young person’s ability to Read and Listen to written and spoken French/Spanish.
- Using Language
This unit assesses a young person’s ability to Talk and Write in French/Spanish.
The internal assessments for these units are carried out and marked by the class teacher.
*For National 4 level there is also an Added Value Unit*
National 5 SQA
