S1 – S3 BGE

Inspiring learners, creating success through visual arts and design.

Welcome to the S1-3 introductory page. Our BGE course offers all our pupils the opportunity to express and develop their creativity through structured lessons and the encouragement to experiment with materials and processes supported by highly experienced and passionate teachers.

We provide a wide range of  experiences and opportunities to engage pupils in the world of Art and Design, including drawing, painting, ceramics, photography, printmaking, research and digital technologies.

The department is developing the use of a number of innovative digital technology initiatives to provide pupils with a platform to evaluate and celebrate their work and share their creative ideas with others.

Our newly developed YouTube channel was created by Mr Jewell and can be used to access our digital resource books and video clips showing lessons and skill based tutorials.

You can also follow us on twitter @Clydeview Art & D.
