1. To effectively understand and have confidence when applying the school’s positive behaviour policy in order to promote positive behaviour within the classroom and understand the procedures in order to mange misbehaviour.
2. To be able to develop tasks and set pace of work in order to meet the needs of individual learners, providing effective support and seeking advice from the class teacher when appropriate.
3. I want to demonstrate care and commitment to working with all learners as I want the children to feel comfortable when letting me know they’re needing support. I believe making the children feel that it’s okay to get things wrong and need extra help to be an important aspect in being a successful teacher.
