Mental Health Support

“If you or somebody else is needing a bit of emotional support, it can be a little scary knowing what to Google, who to turn to and what you can do to manage your emotions in a healthy way. It’s important to talk to someone about how you are feeling. This could be a family member or friend, your GP or by calling a helpline.”

YoungScot has produced a brilliant new directory of mental health support organisations for young people and adults. Take a look at their webpage by clicking the link below:

Stationery Resources for New S2 and S3 Pupils

Thank you to everyone who completed the survey. If you answered yes to needing some resources to see you through to the end of term and through summer please ask your parent/carer to collect them on Wednesday 17th at the following time:

  • 2A,2B and 2C – Wednesday 17th June between 11:00am and 11:30am
  • 2D, 2E and 2F – Wednesday 17th June between 11:30am and 12:00pm
  • 3A, 3B and 3C – Wednesday 17th June between 12:00pm and 12:30pm
  • 3D, 3E and 3F – Wednesday 17th June between 12:30pm and 1:00pm
If your class is not above and you completed a form and require resources, please ask your parent/carer to come to collect them between 1:00pm and 1:30pm.

It is very important that we don’t have a lot of people coming to the school at the same time, therefore you should stick to the time slot above and ensure you follow the social distancing rules when you do come to the school building. If it is dry we will have the resources on tables outside for you to collect, one at a time. Miss Higgins and Mrs Campbell will be there to help with this.
Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring we keep everyone safe at this time.

Survey for New S2/3 Pupils

S2/3 Stationery Resources Survey

Before the school closed we gave out stationery resources to pupils – lined jotters, square jotters, paper, pencils, pens etc. Next week we are going to make more resources available for new S2 and S3 pupils who may need them. These resources should get you through to the end of term and also help if you need them over the summer. Please complete this form to let us know if you would like your parent/carer to pick up some resources for you on Wednesday 17th June. The survey should be completed by Monday.
