The Big Balornock Ballot

  This week Balornock Primary took part in a ballot to choose our school mascot as part of our Rights Respecting Schools Project. There were lots of fantastic entries and 13 amazing finalists to choose from.  Every class had a chance to vote. It was a very exciting day for everyone.      

House Winners!

  Well done to Forth our winning house this term! The children and families enjoyed an afternoon of entertainment from Mark the Magician. The children were a credit to themselves and the school and showed why they were the winning house. There were also some well deserved refreshments on offer!

Nativity Time

  A huge WELL DONE to all of the boys and girls in Primary 1 for their fantastic performances of ‘Angel Express’ this week. Changing The Image – A Challenge From Anne McLaughlin MP

Anne McLaughlin loves Glasgow North East for many reasons, but believes  it doesn’t always have the best image.  So she set the people of the North East a challenge to change that.
