Payments:

Deposits are due to be paid to Ardroy 8 weeks ahead of the first day of the course. For schools this is £50 per child.

The balance is invoiced 4 weeks ahead of the first day of the course.

Invoices are payable within 28 days.

Cancellations – not due to Covid

Cancellations are to be notified in writing or email not less than 28 days prior to the first day of the course.

If a cancellation is made between 14 and 28 days prior to the first day of the course a 50% refund will be given.

With less than 14 days notice, no refund will be given. Deposits ar e non-refundable.

Safety and Insurance

All Ardroy OEC courses are covered by their Public Liability Insurance. It is recommended you take your own cover for personal accident or loss/damage to belongings if required.
