Class Teacher 

Our Primary 1 class teacher is Mrs Green

Class Information

In Primary 1 we currently have 21 children.

We have Mrs Hadden who comes to deliver our Gym sessions and we have Miss Scott our PSA who helps out in the class.

Weekly Timetable

Our Gym day is on a Thursday with Mrs Hadden. Please ensure your child attends school in their gym clothes and shoes.

Primary 1 also visit the school ICT suite on a Wednesday morning where they learn to develop their technology skills.

Primary 1 also attend junior and whole school assemblies. These are on a Thursday morning and a Friday afternoon. This is a great discussion point to ask your child what they learned in assembly.

Learning Targets and Wall Displays

In Primary 1, the class learned and discussed their rights as a child and our expectations in the classroom. The class developed our class charter and are reminded of this regularly.

Special Class Information

In Primary 1 we like to celebrate lots of achievements with the children in and out of school.

On school we celebrate success’ such as our star writers, hot chocolate Friday and our 5 ways to wellbeing certificates.

If your child celebrates achievements out of school, please let me know so we can celebrate them in school too.
