5 Ways to Wellbeing Health Week

All classes thoroughly enjoyed Health Week.  Every day had a different 5 Ways theme.

The Highlights

P1 enjoyed ‘Taking Notice’ and doing mindfulness colouring in. They also enjoyed ‘Connect Day’ when they got to connect with different classes.

P1/2 enjoyed ‘Connect Day’ when visiting other classes.

P4/5 enjoyed Monday which was being ‘Active Day’ and the sessions with the Active Schools coordinator Mr Clunie.

P5 also enjoyed the being ‘Active Day’ and the sessions with Mr Clunie.

P6 enjoyed the being ‘Active Day’ . P6 also enjoyed Tuesday ‘Give’ Day when the police gave their time to talk.

P7 enjoyed the being ‘Active  Day’ and they also enjoyed the ‘Connect Day’ when they did Potted Sports in mixed teams.

5 Ways Learning Station on ‘Learn Day’

Primary 1 and Primary 1/2 created a 5 Ways information booklet on ‘Learn Day’.
