Calm Club and Peer Mediators:

Our new cohort of Peer Mediators and Calm Club are fully trained and working between the playgrounds to support emotional wellbeing and conflict resolution. They take a lot of pride in their work and carry out their duties to a high standard. The energy and ideas that the pupils come up with have been inspiring. The pupils are leading developments. We are currently exploring scripting as we look to adapt it for younger pupils.

Nuggets of Nurture:

Our Primary 1 project, Nuggets of Nurture, has been a huge success. We have been able to support transition from school to nursery by putting in support that helps to develop social skills and motor skills. Putting children in the best possible position so their brains and bodies are ready for learning.

Belle the Therapet:

Belle is enjoying working with some Primary 3 children. They are doing a fantastic job reading to Belle. Pupils look forward to their weekly visits and are keen to read to Belle
