The Green team successfully managed to achieve our 5th Green Flag from Eco Schools Scotland in June. Congratulations to the Lynburn Green Team for there hard work over the last 2 years.

Its time to start the process again. We will be asking children from P3 to P7 to apply. One child from each class will then be chosen and will then form our new Green Team. Information will be given to the children very soon. The new core topic from Eco Schools this year will be climate change.

We continue to recycle old clothes, bags and shoes which the rag bag service then give the Green team some funds for Eco projects. The Cardboard container for this is in the front foyer. We also recycle old batteries too.

I look forward to sharing our adventures in the next coming months.
