Mrs Lang is currently organising the formation of this session’s Green Team. Children who are interested have been asked to say why they would like to be part of The Green Team by completing a piece of writing or drawing a picture.

Our 3 action plans the Green Team are looking at over this 2 year Green Flag period are :·

Climate action (eg, reducing our carbon footprints, what do they know about climate change, how can we make our resources last. Recycling, reusing, repurposing, refuse, reduce).

Energy (eg, find out about renewable energy, how we can use less energy, become more sustainable).

School grounds (eg, can we increase the biodiversity, decrease the amount of litter, planting, help wildlife in our school grounds.)

Once again the Green Team will be organising a Halloween Dressing up outfit swap shop. These sessions will be held on 23rd/24th October 3.00-3.30 at the Eco base (enter via white door in car park). Please donate any costumes you no longer need and feel free to come and choose a new one.
