Primary 7b 23/24

We tried out different activities to regulate our emotions. Many made us feel calm and relaxed. We will try to use these at home too!

We raced against our peers to complete tricky maths word problems today! We had to work as a team to figure out the answers and show all working. A fun but challenging task!

Congratulations to the basketball team of the week! The team have been awarded this title because they showed excellent team work – passing, communicating, and coordinating their movements on the court. Well done!🏅

In Literacy, the class were writing a persuasive letter to Miss Black, convincing her to let them sit beside friends in class. We used a variety of persuasive language and techniques… but were the letters persuasive enough?🤔📄✏️

Today, primary 6b used their note taking and skimming skills to investigate and write about Scottish artists. We learnt about John Byrne, Gillian Kyle, Charles Rennie MacKintosh and Steven brown. We are excited to continue learning about these artists and create art in the next couple of weeks. 🧑‍🎨✏️🎨

The class enjoyed dribbling, tackling and playing some matches today.
