January has been fast and furious in school!

We had a great Drama Workshop by Vision Perform. Here are some photos of our Freeze Frames…can you guess what’s happening?

Scots Literature week – we played Simon says in Scots, read extracts from the GFG (BFG) and translated it to English….that was tricky in places as a lot of the BFG words are his own language so that boggled our minds a little!

     

We created and designed our own digital design of tartan…..Tartan Tartan Digital Creations

We also read the Children’s rights articles and rewrote them fro our Class Charter wall so that we have them in Scots now (some of them) and English!

We also had great fun reciting Scots poems with some of our parents and sadly the file is too big to share on here but just know that it was very funny!! We had great fun changing our accents and making others laugh!
