We hope you had the most amazing weekend. The weather has been glorious so hopefully you’ve made the most of it, enjoyed the sunshine and topped up on some vitamin D!
Today is ‘Say Something Nice’ day. It fits very well with the Mental Health Awareness Week theme of kindness. We all make an effort to say something nice to others, but often forget to say something nice to ourselves!
Take a moment today to be nice to yourself – you deserve it!
Over the next 3 days we will be concentrating on revising addition and this week’s skills development is the ‘Smile Challenge’. Every day, we want to challenge you to make someone smile. It might be the same person every day or it might be someone different.
How will you make that person smile? Sometimes just smiling first can trigger the other person to smile – the same goes for yawning!
Good luck and have a great day 🙂
Best wishes, Mrs McArthur, Miss McLeod and Mr Russell.
