Health Week – 8th – 11th May 2017
At Our Lady of the Missions we are always promoting healthy eating, exercise and general well-being for all our children and their families. Over the course of Health Week children will be taking part in a variety of different activities indoors and outdoors, so must be dressed with appropriate clothing. Children can therefore come to school dressed in the school PE kits every day.
We will also be focusing on the importance of a healthy diet, and we will be encouraging children to have a healthy snack and make healthy choices at lunch.
