- It’s hard to know where to start when it comes to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. Our resource ‘Starting the mental health conversation’ gives you some tips.
- Am I ok? is a resource designed for children and young people so they can better understand their own wellbeing. Why not share this with a young person?
- Right now, we know many of you are home schooling and caring for young people who are at home, which can be tough. Our ‘Mindfulness Scavenger Hunt’ is a fun activity for children, young people and families, and can help to get you out and about for some daily exercise.
