This message is for Duke of Edinburgh students who started DOFE in Sept 2019.
DOFE Bronze award students have the opportunity of attending a modified DOFE Expedition on Monday & Tuesday, 21st & 22nd June. The expedition will consist of two days of walking, without any camping or overnight stay.
In order for students to be eligible for this expedition, students must have completed the physical, skill and volunteering sections AND have all of their evidence, photos and assessor’s reports uploaded into their edofe accounts.
The Expedition
Students eligible to take part in the expedition will:
Any student struggling to complete their DOFE Award should speak with Mr Boag ASAP.

Well done to a number of our S2 students who have been busy creating posters that show how we might travel in the future.
All posters will be submitted as entries to Dundee University’s School of Science and Engineering Travel in(to) the Future STEM competition.
Winners will be announced on International Women in Engineering Day (23rd June).

Glasgow Science Centre: Curious about Innovation is running this week with lots of live events to inspire our young people.
Thursday’s live event is by Michael Baker (Astronaut) where he will discuss the importance of collaborating internationally, what Earth looks like from space and Michael will answer any burning space questions you may have.

With DOFE expeditions currently being planned, it is important that ALL S3 DOFE students attend Monday’s meeting.
